FAQ
You have 30 days after your trial ends to upgrade and keep everything — your customers, jobs, photos, the lot. We'll send you reminder emails at day 12 (2 days left), day 14 (expired but recoverable), day 22 (delete warning) and day 28 (last chance).
If you haven't upgraded by day 30, your account and all photos are permanently deleted. This keeps the service affordable for everyone — we can't carry the storage cost for inactive accounts.
No. You just need an email address. We'll only ask for payment details when you choose to upgrade.
We'll let you know before you hit the limit. The next upload / email / AI call will show a "Add capacity" link that activates a +10 GB / +1,000 email / +500K token pack instantly. No service interruption, no awkward conversations with customers.
Yes. ProField runs on Microsoft Azure in Australia East (Sydney) — your data never leaves Australian borders. We use the same enterprise security platform that backs banks and government agencies here.
Yes. Email hello@profield.com.au with your current tool and rough customer / job count — we'll talk you through a CSV import or assist with manual onboarding during your trial.
Each business connects its own Stripe Express account through ProField (takes about 5 minutes). Customers click "Pay Now" on their invoice email and the money lands in your bank — not ours. We add a small platform fee on top of Stripe's standard processing fees (Starter: 1%, Pro: 0.5%) to keep ProField running.
Yes, no lock-in. Cancel from Settings → Subscription. Your account stays active until the end of the paid period; after that we follow the same 30-day data retention as expired trials.
Yes. Pay annually and get roughly 2 months free — Starter A$490/yr (saves $98), Pro A$1,290/yr (saves $258). Switch at any renewal.
No. We deliberately price by capacity, not seats. A small crew shouldn't pay per ute when they're really using the same amount of storage and emails as a solo operator.
Yes — we're upfront. Xero invoice sync is on the roadmap (currently you can export). Live-tracking maps for workers, customer self-booking portal, and inventory levels for materials are all coming. Trial users get every feature we ship while their subscription is active.
